The epidermis handpiece focuses the laser on the epidermis, which can achieve non-ablative, micro-ablative and ablative treatments. Based on the standard 10ms pulse width, by adjusting the power, we can get different treatment methods. Below 5W, it is non-ablative treatment; 5W~10W is micro-ablative treatment; power greater than 10W is ablative treatment. Liton Laser’s extensive clinical treatment experience has concluded that the fractional epidermis tip handpiece has better treatment results for skin issues such as acne, freckles, pigmented melasma, scars, etc. Dermis Tip Handpiece No. 3 in the above picture belongs to the dermis tip, which is the safest and most effective thulium laser handpiece tip first developed by Liton Laser. The laser focus of the dermis tip handpiece is located in the dermis layer, and the heat is returned from the dermis layer to the epidermis. This handpiece can effectively avoid burns to the epidermis and is a completely non-ablative treatment. Even with 40MJ energy, the epidermis remains intact, which is very suitable for beginner beauticians. The dermis handpiece is suitable for skin issues such as anti-aging, whitening, pigmentation and vascular melasma. Roller Tip Handpiece No. 4 and No. 5 in the picture above are roller tips of different sizes, which have the effect of lifting and tightening. The roller handpiece can effectively improve the wrinkled areas of the skin. On the one hand, due to the heat transfer and thermal stimulation, the collagen and growth factors under the skin can be regenerated in large quantities (similar to the principle of Thermage). On the other hand, the special structure of the roller tip can add a lifting technique when rolling, so that the wrinkled skin can receive physical massage and squeezing, making the skin smoother and flatter. The oral handpiece is used for oral treatment of the human body. It shrinks the inner wall of the oral cavity by heating, and finally tightens the cheeks (slims the face) and makes the facial contour clear. The oral tube handpiece is suitable for people with round faces and unclear facial contours. Vaginal Tube Handpiece In the above picture, No. 7 and No. 8 are the external vaginal tube and the internal vaginal tube. The treatment with the vaginal tube handpiece is more difficult and requires the operator to have relevant treatment experience. The treatment of the Thulium laser vaginal handpiece is similar to the vaginal tightening treatment mode of the CO2 laser. Due to the difficulty of the treatment, Liton Laser does not recommend that novice beauticians try it.
