I’ve been using this product for the past month or so and it has been working flawlessly. The coaster has three temperature settings: 55C, 65C and 75C selectable by clicking the button (as shown in product pics). It’s not a smart product but it works pretty well and has been saving countless trips to the oven to reheat my tea. The provided cup is thin pyrex type material which I have used successfully to heat water in the oven. I would recommend using a lid on the mug for maximum heat retention.
